This Document Is A Legally Binding Document Which Will Be Effective Upon Your Acceptance Of The Same (Directly Or Indirectly In Electronic Form Or By Means Of An Electronic Record) And Will Govern Terms And Conditions For Availing Veercar Rentals And The Use Of The Services Offered Through Website Www.veercar.com Under The Name And Style Of ‘veercar’ (“ Website ”).

1.The term of this Car Rental Agreement runs from the date and hour of vehicle pickup until the return of and completion of all terms of this agreement by both Parties.

2.Renter will be required to provide a security deposit in the amount of 2000 INR to be used in fastag or damage to the Rental Vehicle during the term of this agreement.

3.If renter gets vehicle with the fixed amount of fuel in the tank, renter should also return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel.

4. Rent will be counted on 24 hours basis & 300 kms per day if you exceed your time limit or kms, additional charges will be applicable.(extra charge for time is 200 INR/hour)

5. Maximum speed limit is 120 kms/Hr if this limit exeed Rs. 500 for the first incident. Rs. 1000 for repeated infraction after warning. Upon repeated over-speeding, we will be compelled to withdraw services from the User.

6. If, during the term of this rental and until the return of the vehicle, it is damaged, destroyed, stolen, abandoned, or taken by any judicial or governmental authority, the renter will remain financially responsible.

7. If any illegal activity happens during rental period, renter will be responsible and they have to face consequences.
